Here we go… πŸ’ƒπŸΌβœˆοΈ

And so it begins.

My first post is finally here and I am so excited to share it with you!

However, This is not actually my first experience with blogging my travels. Eight months ago my amazing boyfriend, his darling sister and I set off on what we hoped would be the adventure of a life time- seven months of travel overseas through Europe and the UK and well, it was definitely that and so so much more than we dreamed of.

Exploring Italy was a must for me

Whilst we were away I decided I would blog our time abroad, writing articles detailing each day of our trip (all 250 days of it) for friends and family. As it turns out, I realised I really enjoyed writing and documenting everything so much so that I decided once I was settled back in at home again I would start another- this time for the pubic. I figure we learnt so much along the way about so many places, being an expat and travel in general, why not share our experiences to benefit other travellers?
So here we are!

The beautiful Schonbrunn palace in Austria

This blog site is literally my bible of tips and travel tricks I learnt whilst living abroad and travelling in  Europe and the U.K. I plan to write regular recounts of each place we visited, detailing my favourite must visit locations and sites, tips on saving money, flight and bus travel tips and so much more.

I will probably also write an article on European food and where to find the best of it! Of course it is not hard to guess this is Germany; definitely a must!

So if you are travelling soon or even just daydreaming about a future “one day when I get there” bucket list item and it just so happens to be travel to Europe or the U.K. Then follow my blog and enjoy the read!

My first info blog will be coming soon- stay tuned!

Hi! I'm Karlee a 25 year old Australian teacher who has taken a year off work to travel Europe with my boyfriend and his sister! We are currently living in Holland and have a few trips already planned with a long list of other places to visit to. We have trips planned to Italy, Croatia, Greece at the moment coming up in a few months time. I started this blog mostly for family and friends to follow our journey from back home but I am slowly realising it may be a great way to also connect with others who are doing like minded things to us!
